Our Mail Order team ship chandlery, yacht parts and other items within the UK only. We use the best value couriers available, and we will endeavour to get your products to you as quickly and as cost effectively as possible.
UK Standard Delivery
Our standard delivery rates are priced at £3.50 for items under 1kg and £5.95 for orders over 1kg. Any total spend over £200 will qualify for free delivery. This will be calculated through our website and will applied once you have have chosen between Store Pickup and Standard Shipping.
Delivery - Further Information
All orders over £50 or weighing more than 2 kilos will require a signature, and the delivery could take place any time between 8am and 6pm depending on the courier used. If you are liable to be out, please give an alternative delivery address or type instructions into the notes section as you place your order.
Occasionally items are not immediately available - we will then despatch as much of your order as we can immediately and back-order the unavailable item for delivery at a later date at no extra charge. We only collect payment for items as despatched. Please note we will contact you if your item is unavailable for next day delivery if you have selected it. We will make every to attempt by using the contact details you supply.
The majority of our parcels will be sent via a courier, the bulk of which are with UKMail. Please be aware that they advertise their delivery times as anywhere between 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday. We are not able to dictate to them a time slot. And in most cases a signature will be required.
In accordance with UK Law (The Offensive Weapons Act 1996), we are unable to sell knives to anyone under 18 years of age.
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will exchange or refund in full, excluding carriage, provided that the items are returned within 14 days of receipt.*
Please check the condtion of goods on arrival - we are unable to accept goods damaged during shipping after 14 days.
Returned goods must be packaged securely, with all original packaging undamaged and in a saleable condition.
Goods must be unused.*
If you would like to return goods because they were ordered incorrectly, return postage will be at your expense. If you would like us to replace the goods with another size or colour, we will charge carriage on the replacement.
If you receive your goods and believe them to be faulty, please contact us straight away with a brief description of the problem.
If we require you to return the product for a replacement, we will send you a pre-paid Royal Mail label for delivery back to us. Unfortuantely we cannot send the courier back to collect the items.
* this excludes faulty goods with manufacturers defects. If goods are found to be faulty during use, after the returns period, please just give us a ring on 01329 237112 and we'll be happy to help.
